The Lodge:

After a long day of fishing there's nothing better than delicious hot meal and at Silsby Lake Lodge we take great pride in serving you a fabulous four course meal complete with a choice of deserts. All meals are served waitress style by our servers in the dinning room of the main lodge.

The Food:

Breakfast is served in the dinning room at 7:00 am and typically have a few choices such as eggs, pancakes, bacon, French toast, sausages, has browns and of course Red River cereal. In addition we will always have a fresh fruit basket as well. Fresh fruit juice and coffee will also be served.

Lunch will be shore lunch with all of the fixings prepared by your guide or you may choose to have a boxed lunch of sandwiches, cookies, and fruit. Your dinner server will arrange for boxed lunches for the next day if you wish to bypass shore lunch.

Dinner is home-style cooking with four full courses. Typical main course selections include: baby back ribs, Roast of beef, Roast pork, and barbequed NY strip steaks are served twice during a 7 day trip.

Our food program doesn't end with dinner. Should you require a late night snack just ask and the staff will deliver a tray of cheese and crackers or fresh fruit to your cabin. You should never be hungry while you are with us!!!!

Kosher and special dietary requirements are accommodated with advance notice of your trip.
